Floor de Ruijter
Floor de Ruijter has been a lawyer since 2003. Before joining Bingh Law Firm she has been affiliated with the law firm Bosselaar&Strengers in Utrecht.
Floor specialises in intellectual property law, IT law and Privacy law. She advises companies and individual entrepreneurs regarding the protection of trademarks, designs and copyrights. Apart from that, Floor advises her clients on (software) licenses / contracts, automation disputes and on matters regarding the processing and export of personal data. Floor has a wide experience in litigation.
Floor studied Dutch law at the University of Utrecht. In 2009 she completed the Grotius course IT law. Floor is a member of several associations in her professional field, including the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law.
Floor speaks and writes English fluently.
