Jaromir Bugter
Jaromir Bugter has been a lawyer since 2000. He started out at Loyens & Loeff, specializing in tax and corporate law. Before joining Bingh Law firm he was affiliated with the firm Spigthoff in Amsterdam.
Jaromir specializes in corporate and procedural law (corporate litigation), which includes a broad advisory and litigation practice. He has extensive experience in assisting (medium) large companies and individual entrepreneurs in various issues and (commercial) disputes. Furthermore, for an extensive period Jaromir was liquidator in several bankruptcies and therefore has sound knowledge of bankruptcy law and experience assisting directors, shareholders and companies in this field.
Jaromir studied private and tax law at the University of Utrecht. He also completed the Grotius course Corporate Litigation. Amongst other things, he is a member of the Association for Corporate Litigation.
