Stance Willems
Stance Willems has been a lawyer since 2007. Before joining Bingh Law firm, Stance was affiliated with the Amsterdam office of the international law firm DLA Piper.
Stance specialises in Intellectual Property Law and Privacy Law. Within this area of law she advices clients (which include national and international companies) regarding the protection of copy rights, trademarks, trade names, piracy, advertising, media and privacy. Apart from that, Stance runs a general advice and civil litigation practice which includes, amongst others, the law of obligations and liability law.
Stance studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam with a special focus on Intellectual Property Law. Her final thesis focuses on the use of public art for commercial purpose.
Stance has a good command of English.
