Annelot Sitsen

Annelot began practising as a lawyer in 2012. Before that she worked for over three years as a law graduate and trademark attorney with a reputable trademark office. Annelot specialises in intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark law, copyright, trade name law, design law, patent law and domain names. She also runs a more general commercial practice. Annelot represents small and large (international) companies and private individuals. Her experience within these areas is extensive, providing legal advice and pursuing litigation on behalf of clients. She is also skilled in drafting and evaluating agreements.

  • Filing legal proceedings to enforce IP rights, nationally and internationally
  • Filing opposition and revocation or cancellation actions in the Benelux and with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
