ARJAN VAN ELK
Arjan van Elk has been an attorney since 1998. He began his career at Hogan Lovells and has been with BINGH Lawyers since 2023. Arjan specializes in corporate law. He supervises mergers and acquisitions, both for sellers and for buyers/investors and assists clients in contract negotiations as well as in (legal) proceedings in the field of corporate law, contract law and liability law. Arjan serves a wide range of clients, including internationally and nationally operating companies and various investment companies.
