Kimberley Deutz

Kimberley began practicing as an attorney in 2015. Prior to joining BINGH, Kimberley worked, inter alia, at an international law firm in Amsterdam within the intellectual property and litigation practice groups. Kimberley specializes in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law, copyright, trade name law, design law and domain names, and Kimberley also has extensive experience in the field of privacy legislation. In addition, she runs a more general commercial practice. Her experience within these areas is extensive, providing legal advice and pursuing litigation on behalf of her clients. She is also skilled in drafting and assessing agreements. Kimberley acts for both SMEs and large (international) companies and institutions.
